this riverside house is referred to as the 'wedding cake house', previous owners would rent out part of the house, the gardens and yard for charming receptions featuring large white tents .... currently things look a little in disrepair, but once nicknamed, if you mention
the wedding cake house
to a local, they know the place....
I used a variety of programs to get the final photo, starting in Picasa3, moving to Paint.net transforming photo into a pen and ink, then adding some colors back in, intentionally using a fading effect and framing it in Picnik.....
